Three Systems, Compared

S₵, S4 and SSI™ are easy to confuse. Tell them apart by the question each answers.

In brief

  • S₵ defines, S4 executes, SSI™ measures: three verbs, three jobs.
  • Tell them apart by the question each answers.
  • None ranks above the others; remove any one and the economy fails differently.

Three systems sit beneath SASENI, and their names look alike. The simplest way to tell them apart is by the question each one answers rather than by what each is called.

S₵ answers: what is verified value, and how does it become money? S4 answers: how does money move through the economy? SSI™ answers: how healthy is the Sanaa Sanifu Economy? Once you hold those three questions, the rest follows.

SSI™Measures · explains

Each has a single sentence that describes it. S₵ defines verified value and governs money. S4 executes and settles the monetary system. SSI™ measures the resulting economy. Notice the verbs: define, execute, measure. They do different work.

No one of them ranks above the others, and the site gives them equal visual weight on purpose. Remove any one and the economy fails in a different way: money without settlement cannot move, settlement without measurement cannot be understood, and measurement without money has nothing to count.

S₵ defines, S4 executes, SSI™ measures.
