The Four Institutional Partnership Tiers

How cultural anchors, lifestyle merchants, financial rails and public institutions integrate with S₵ and S4.

In brief

  • Tier I covers Creative & Cultural Anchors that verify work and price flagship goods in S₵.
  • Tier II covers Commercial & Lifestyle Merchants accepting S₵ via S4 Settlement.
  • Tier III & Tier IV connect regulated payment rails, academic bodies and cultural funds.

The Sanaa Sanifu Economy scales through institutional partnerships rather than isolated individual sign-ups. The NNCOEXC30025003 architecture organises participating organisations into four clear tiers.

  1. Tier I · Creative & Cultural Anchors

Foundational creative houses — including MAIQCHECK, Forsæken, FIMODA and Bethe Juma — that originate verified creative production and accept S₵ as primary tender.

  2. Tier II · Commercial & Lifestyle Merchants

Hospitality, retail, co-working and production suppliers that accept S₵ through S4 merchant settlement endpoints.

  3. Tier III · Financial & Technical Infrastructure

Payment gateways, mobile-money bridges, compliance providers and cloud hosts that reinforce S4 settlement finality and Treasury operations.

  4. Tier IV · Public, Academic & Philanthropic Stewards

Universities, cultural ministries, DFIs and grantmakers that rely on SSI™ data and disburse ring-fenced creative development capital through S4.

Organisations seeking to join any of the four tiers can initiate review through the Partnership Desk.
